The Wendy is a 16-story, 231-unit LEED Platinum luxury residential building near the Courthouse Metro in Arlington, Virginia. Developed by Greystar, designed by Cooper Carry, and built by John Moriarty & Associates, the building pairs ground-floor retail with a public plaza and biophilic landscaping, and has been recognized in ULI's regional Excellence in Housing program. It opened in 2024.
JRB LLC contributed finish carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware, and Division 10 specialty installations across the residences and common areas — bringing precision, coordination, and a consistent quality of workmanship to a high-visibility, detail-driven project.
