Developed by Carmel Partners and designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, the roughly nine-acre redevelopment pairs the premium Aerie tower with the 17-story Zephyr tower — together delivering around 860 residences, from studios to three-bedroom homes, alongside resort-inspired amenities steps from Rock Creek Park and the Metro.
JRB LLC contributed finish carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware, and Division 10 specialty installations across the residences and common areas — bringing precision, coordination, and a consistent quality of workmanship to a high-visibility, detail-driven project.
