Outside of JRB LLC, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their two sons. He takes great joy in watching his children play sports, and the family loves attending church together and seizing every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. These cherished moments provide balance in Jason's life and inspire his dedication to the work at JRB LLC.

Justin is the COO of JRB LLC and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work across every department, and now he leads all field operations within the company, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Beyond his professional achievements, Justin has been a proud father for the past 10 years—an experience that he considers both the most challenging and rewarding role in his life. Outside of JRB LLC, he enjoys being outdoors, valuing time spent with family and friends, and sharing a good laugh. Justin thrives on helping others grow and reach their full potential, making a positive impact both personally and professionally.
