Estimator
An estimator is responsible for calculating the total cost of a construction project before work begins.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing blueprints, determining material and labor costs, factor in equipment and subcontractor expenses, and consider potential risks.
Drawings and takeoffs. Prefer to use On-Screen for takeoffs.
Establish and maintain processes during the project lifecycle.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize performance.
Identify potential costs risks like delays, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.
Customer service is a must. Clients are a top priority and we value their relationship. Must be professional, respectful, and timely with response times.
Requirements:
Two or more years experience estimating
Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project Manager
The project manager is the driving force behind our business growth. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain processes during the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain a partnerships with contractors, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize performance.
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.
Collaborate with client to turn over projects on time.

Foreman
The foreman will lead work crews. You are responsible for supervising and troubleshooting routine issues that occur on the job. You are also responsible for ensuring that safety rules are followed on the job site at all times.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for different types of construction- rough carpentry, finish carpentry, division 8 installations, and division 10 installations.
Manage subcontractors to complete jobs on time and within budget.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Review quality of work to ensure it meats our standards of excellence.
Requirements:
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for 6+ hours
Leader or team player. Prior experience is a must.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
